Abstract:
Discover the types of products and features expected by the emerging class of mobile workers with this study's examination of this market segment's workplace environment and needs. The quantitative study providing the data for this report was administered via telephone interview to a random national sample of 1,000 U.S. adults, three during June 1999. The telephone interviewing employed industry standard random-digit dialing (RDD) and computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) techniques.
