This study examines the reasons behind the apparent shift in Asia/Pacific (excluding Japan) or APEJ from technology support services to the next level of value-add, that being network and desktop outsourcing (NDOS). It examines the reasons behind why and how organizations throughout the region are increasing in their sophistication of IT services engagement. Furthermore, it examines how countries throughout the region differ in their adoption of outsourcing services and how the relative maturity of the IT market as a whole lead to these differences.
