This study presents IDC's Project Skypad, 2006 findings related to key urban Internet trends in nine markets across Asia/Pacific (excluding Japan) or APEJ after interviewing about 5,000 Internet users. Project Skypad aims to investigate the ownership of key IT and consumer electronics (CE) devices; broadband penetration; broadband television (TV); as well as awareness, ownership, and usage of home networking, home automation, and media-centric networks.
